How does the process work?
Once we have a detailed knowledge of your company and the position for which we are looking for a new colleague or colleagues, we will also draft the text of the job advertisement. The ads will then be published on several platforms.
We will also start to search the available databases for candidates who meet the criteria and organize personal interviews with those who meet the requirements.
We then summarize the information and our impressions, but we don’t just send you an ordinary CV: the best candidates for the job are given a thorough, in-depth professional profile.
